Our Team

At Huggy Bear we know that having dedicated and trained quality people are the key to giving the best care to your child.

Each Huggy Bear team is lead by a Centre Director, who is a child care professional with years of experience in child care. Our Directors are focused on the level of care provided to each child and work closely with the leadership team of Qualified carers to ensure all children receive the highest level of care.

New team members are subjected to stringent checks and a thorough interview process before joining the Huggy Bear team. New carers are mentored with an experienced team member and closely supervised until they complete their probationary period and demonstrate their ability to care for children at the Huggy Bear standard.
